so what is announcement?

Announcement is something said, written, or printed 

to make known that has happened or (more often) what will happen

Function of announcement :

• To make a meeting
• News of people died
• A competition
• News of a born baby
• etc.

To make announcement keep this 3 points:

• The title/type of event
• Date/time, place and
• Contact Person

Characteristic od Announcement :

• Use simple present tense
• Simple future tense often enticement
