Past Tense

Last month we make our advertisement video at my home
the exact palce is roof hehe :)
the weather is raining but that was supported our video
cause in the real video the weather is also raining haha.
do you know what pattern that i use on the underlined sentence?

 Definition of simple past tense:
simple past tense is a kind of tense which is use to describe an event or action that happened already in a certain time in the past.

1. Fuction of  simple past tense

• to express that an action started and finished at a specific time in the past
• to describe a habit which stopped in the past
• to describe past facts or generalizations which are no longer true.

2.Types of verb in the past tense

1. Regular Verbs: Verb that end with -ed in form of verb 2
2. Irreguler Verbs: Verb that don't end with -ed in form of verb 2

3.The pattern

      1. Verbal
          (+) Subject + Verb 2 + complement
          (-)  Subject + did not + Verb 1 + complement
          (?)  Did + subject +  Verb 1 + complement?

     2. Non Verbal

          a. Adjective

          (+) S + tobe (was/were) + adjective

          (-) S + tobe (was/were) + not + adjective

          (?) Tobe (was/were) + S + adjective?

          b. Noun

          (+) S + tobe (was/were) + Noun

          (-) S + tobe (was/were) + not + Noun
